Connection Corner Annual Event: June 23rd 2016: Renewal and Transformation

“What lies before us and what lies behind us are small matters compared to what lies within us. And when we bring what is within out into the world, miracles happen.”
-Henry David Thoreau

Our theme is Renewal and Transformation this year and it’s a good one for many of us. I, myself, am making major changes in my life and I look forward to hearing what is happening in your life for 2016 and 2017. What do you want to change, begin, leave behind? Please do share in our annual get together. Details below:

Time: 6-8
Place: Boccone, 1378 Yonge Street near yonge/st.clair (parking and subway)
Event Fee: $25 to cover appetizers and location
Date: Thursday, June 23rd

Come out connect, inspire, encourage and help each other through any changes, losses or developments that are happening in your lives.

I am also excited to share that the inspiring connector and business development expert, Michelle Flynn of Tenzing, will be taking the helm of Connection Corner to help build and expand this warm and wonderful group. As founder, I will still be involved in the life/career coaching capacity but not as hands on as I move into new directions in my journey.

New role for CC Member:

Arden Jobling Hey, who also jumped on board as a 'SpreadtheKindness' Ambassador this year, has an exciting new role combining her passion for making a difference and her social media savvy: She is now Officer, Digital Marketing and Social Media at War Child Canada. Please take the time to congratulate her and she can share more details at our upcoming event.

New Member News and Featured Speaker This Year:

We are excited to have Kate Kerr join our group and speak at our annual event. She will be speaking to our theme of transformation and renewal while sharing her own story and allowing us a mindfulness moment as well. Kate oversees her own organization Wake Up Kate and she is helping to walk up people to the power of inner strength and resilience through mindfulness. You can visit her site for more information on her work:

Make this annual event a chance to share where you want to transform parts of your life and how this virtual group can help you move forward: We are all more powe
